Egg Carton Mockup Retouching and Color Correction

These were a conceptual set of egg carton designs. Designs were printed and mocked up by gluing them to existing egg containers. The containers were then photographed and handed off to me. Unfortunately printed colors do not always reproduce accurately and then taking photos of those prints result in visually inaccurate colors. I had to dial in the color by eye to match existing real world colors and also make everything mach cohesively with the rest of the campaign. There were lots of little flaws and glair on the packages since the mocked up labels were glued to the cartons. I went in and manually removed the glair and imperfections on the labels without removing so much to make them look fake.

Smile Logo Photo Retouching

This project was especially difficult because a logo needed to be integrated into the images to look like they were always there.The models used had complicated hair so to put them against a solid yellow background was a real challenge. Images were from several photo shoots and taken at all different locations and times of day. Recreating background and foreground, color correction, retouching became a large focus of this series.
